Optional accessory
Salt-free scale inhibitor for the cold-water line. It inhibits the formation of scale and corrosion on heated surfaces, protecting the boiler, water heater, dishwasher, and kitchen equipment that produces hot water or steam. No electricity or drain connection needed, and the mineral content of the water stays unchanged.
How it works
Sequestration technology: the cartridge adds a small amount of food-grade polyphosphate to the water. This keeps the calcium and magnesium salts responsible for hardness in solution, so they do not deposit. It is most effective on the cold-water line, and from there it also protects hot-water equipment.
It does not filter chlorine or sediment. We recommend using it with a pre-filter (AP055T or AP903) to protect the cartridge from clogging. Available as ready-made sets: Business Guard, Business Guard Pro.
Operation
Cartridge replacement every 10–12 months. Replacement cartridge: HF8-S.
