Refund policy
As a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Notify us of your intention to withdraw at fastfilter101@gmail.com, stating your order number.
- Within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal, send the product back or hand it over at our site at 2760 Nagykáta, Kázmér utca 22. The direct cost of returning the product shall be borne by you.
- We will refund the full purchase price and the delivery charge once the product has been returned, and no later than 14 days from your notice of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (for example, filter cartridges and membranes). Purchasers qualifying as a business are not entitled to the right of withdrawal.
