Many problems can be solved by phone or from a photo; the product only needs to be returned if this is really necessary.
Guarantee
Mandatory guarantee
For new durable consumer goods listed in Annex 1 of Hungarian Government Decree 151/2021 (III.22.) (for example certain household appliances), a mandatory guarantee applies to consumer contracts:
- 2 years for a sales price between HUF 10,000 and HUF 250,000,
- 3 years for a sales price above HUF 250,000.
The guarantee period starts on handover of the product, or on the day of installation if we install it.
Voluntary guarantee
For some products we offer our own seller's guarantee beyond the legal minimum. Its duration and conditions are stated on the product page; the conditions shown there at the time of purchase apply. The voluntary guarantee is available to consumers.
What the guarantee means
- During the guarantee period you do not have to prove that the defect already existed at handover. We are released only if we prove that the defect arose after handover.
- You may primarily request repair or replacement. If this is not possible or we do not carry it out within a reasonable time, you may request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract.
- If you request replacement due to a defect within 3 working days of purchase, we will replace the product.
- We aim to complete repairs within 15 days. If this is not possible, we will inform you of the expected duration.
- Guarantee claims can be made with the warranty card or the invoice proving the purchase. We send the electronic warranty card in the shipping email.
What the guarantee does not cover
- defects caused by improper use, incorrect installation or failure to follow the installation instructions;
- defects caused by water quality (e.g. limescale, sediment, iron, sand);
- defects caused by external impact, frost, overpressure or voltage fluctuations;
- wear of filter cartridges and membranes. These are consumables: their guarantee lasts until the replacement interval stated on the product page. Shelf life is not a guarantee period.
Warranty for defective performance (statutory warranty)
In the event of defective performance you may – independently of the guarantee – make a statutory warranty claim against us.
- You may request repair or replacement. If this is not possible or we do not carry it out, you may request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract. Withdrawal is not possible for an insignificant defect.
- Consumers may make a claim within 2 years of performance, businesses within 1 year.
- For consumer contracts, you do not have to prove within 1 year of performance that the defect already existed at handover. After that, you must prove it.
Product liability warranty
As a consumer, in the event of a product defect you may also request repair, or if that is not possible, replacement from the manufacturer. A product is defective if it does not meet the quality requirements in force when it was placed on the market or does not have the properties described by the manufacturer.
- Product liability claims can be made within 2 years of the product being placed on the market.
- You must prove the defect.
- You cannot make a statutory warranty claim and a product liability claim for the same defect at the same time.

We record each claim and send you a copy of the record. If the product has to be returned, we will arrange shipping; for justified claims we bear the shipping costs.
In case of dispute, consumers may contact the consumer protection authority or the conciliation body competent for their place of residence. Details are given in the Terms and Conditions. In case of any discrepancy, the Hungarian version prevails.
